    Once your order is placed, it is confirmed and entered into our production queue. Our atelier begins preparing the luxurious materials for your specific piece.

  2. 👗 Handcrafting Period (Approx. 15 Days)
    This is where the magic happens. Our skilled artisans meticulously craft your bustier: cutting the luxurious satin, hand-sewing each pearl and diamante, arranging the delicate lace, and tying every silk ribbon. Great art cannot be rushed, and we refuse to compromise on quality for speed.

  3. ✅ Rigorous Quality Control (1-2 Days)
    Once completed, your piece undergoes a final inspection by our founder, Twinkle, and our quality team. We ensure every detail is flawless and meets our exceptionally high standards before it can be approved for shipment.

  4. 🚚 Packaging & Dispatch (1-2 Business Days)
    Your approved piece is lovingly wrapped in our signature vintage-inspired packaging, complete with a handwritten note. It is then carefully packaged and handed over to our trusted shipping partners.

  5. ✈️ International Shipping (2-5 Business Days to the UK/European delivery times subject to actual distance)
    Your order will be dispatched from our UK studio via premium, reliable courier services such as Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel's progress at any time.
