Due to the intimate and custom-made nature of our handmade bustiers, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

We take utmost care in representing our products through detailed descriptions and high-resolution imagery. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or materials before purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us at volneshoppp@gmail.com .

 

Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect (e.g., not what you ordered), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at volneshoppp@gmail.com with photos/video of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the situation promptly, which may include remaking or replacing the item at our discretion.
